These two pictures were taken in the Western Highlands of Vietnam on the same day - roughly 5 hours apart. What do you see? Well, it seems that the brother and sister were bailing out a boat in the first one and then playing on a trailer in the second.
BUT in the second one, they are clean and well scrubbed and have fresh clean clothes. As my mom said, 'soap and water cost nothing.' Well, they do cost something but not much. Kids need attention and care.
